The Arkansas State Police says they are investigating a possible homicide that occurred Tuesday night in rural Hot Spring County north of Malvern.
State police say that the Hot Spring County Sheriff’s Department requested their assistance in investigating the alleged homicide of 49-year-old Arthur Estralla of Hot Springs. According to state police, Estralla was shot at around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night at 3260 Highway 171.
Special agents of the state police’s criminal investigation division questioned witnesses last night, according to authorities, and they are continuing their investigation.
No arrests have been made, state police say.
