HOT SPRINGS, Ar. — National Park College’s postseason hopes and seeding depends of its last three games, and the Nighthawks are alive after beating Arkansas State Mid-South, 83-75.

NPC (18-7, 4-3) trailed at halftime (44-43), but a balanced scoring assault helped the Nighthawks win the final 20 minutes, 40-31.

Sayvon Traylor led NPC with 18 points. Kam Vick scored 14, while Garrett Powell and Jaylen O’Conner contributed 11 points each. Jo Quarius Valrie added 10.

The Nighthawks played a clean game with only five turnovers. NPC was also perfect at the charity stripe with 14 of 14 shooting. The home team also converted 11 treys.

NPC’s next game is at North Arkansas College.
