Michael was named new Police Chief in Glenwood, Ark., on Thursday.

Chief Lesher has been working for the Glenwood Police Department for 2 years. A department spokesperson said that his hard work and dedication to the City of Glenwood has already made an impact on several others.
The City of Glenwood asked that everyone welcome Chief Lesher in his new position.
