Drew Diggs completed seven passes on 10 attempts for 193 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winner.
Tate Spray had five pancake blocks and was a force on defense with several tackles.
Centerpoint improves to 3-0 and will take on Two Rivers on Sept. 23.
