The Centerpoint Knights and Lady Knights senior basketball teams were both defeated in the semi finals of the district tournament held at Centerpoint’s Dungeon (the gym) on Thursday night.
The Fouke Lady Panthers stole victory out of the jaws of defeat. The Lady Panthers defeated the Lady Knights 42-41.
The Fouke Panthers boys downed the Centerpoint senior boys 42-41.
The Knights boys and girls are still alive in their quest for state championships. They qualified for the regional tournament in Prescott next week.+
