The Arkansas State Police says that the suspect in a fatal shooting of an Augusta man surrendered Tuesday afternoon.
The Arkansas State Police says that 25-year-old Anfernee Neal of Augusta surrendered to them and has since been transported to the Woodruff County Jail.
Neal has been charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of Jaquale Mitchell, 27, of Augusta, who was shot outside an apartment building yesterday.
