Arkansas reports 637 more coronavirus cases

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas reported 637 more confirmed cases of COVID-19 Sunday. The Arkansas Department of Health says the new tally bring the state’s total to 43,810 confirmed cases of the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, up from 43,173 Saturday. The department had not reported any additional deaths Sunday evening. The actual number of cases in the state is likely higher because many people have not been tested, and studies suggest people can be infected and not feel sick. For most people, the coronavirus causes mild or moderate symptoms, such as fever and cough that clear up in two to three weeks.
