Arkansas governor releases schedule of COVID-19 restrictions lifting

This is the first part of the museum to be finished so far, the museum is still under construction and hopes to open to the public by the end of next year. Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson announced Wednesday that he is lifting restrictions on certain activities that were shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In Wednesday’s press conference, Governor Hutchinson announced that the first restriction to be lifted relates to elective surgeries at hospitals and clinics. The restriction will be lifted immediately on April 27.

However, the hospitals and clinics will have special guidelines they will have to adhere to, even as they will be allowed to reopen.

Governor Hutchinson also announced a schedule of upcoming announcements on when they make a decision.

On April 29, Governor Hutchinson will announce a decision on restaurants.

On April 30, Governor Hutchinson will announce a decision on gyms.

On May 1, Governor Hutchinson will announce a decision on beauty and barber shops.

On May 4, Governor Hutchinson will announce a decision on places of worship and larger venues.
