LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas has reported 645 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus with 11 more deaths from the illness caused by the virus. The Department of Health on Monday said at least 50,028 people in the state have tested positive for the virus. The department said 7,343 of those cases are active, meaning they don’t include people who have died or recovered. The number of people in the state who have died from COVID-19 increased to 555. Six fewer people were hospitalized with COVID-19, lowering the total to 508.
